Who says you can't wear black during the summer? These breezy Old Navy pants helped me stay cool in the weather and they were so comfortable! I brought out my Steve Madden heels which I added feathers to in order to add some sass to this monochromatic look (tutorial on these shoes are in the blog archives). Denim Mami

As you can see i'm still on this off the shoulder vibe! I purchased this denim crop top from Mystique Boutique in NY SOHO area, paired with my ZARA white jeans. I popped a yellow summer color by wearing my yellow Old Navy clutch and Steve Madden "Sassey" heels that you all have already seen. Playsuit Season

Every time around this year I find myself loving playsuits/ rompers. They're easy to throw on and you'll look like you put effort into putting together an outfit when you really didn't! I'm attempting to add a lot more color in to my wardrobe this summer so this lavender playsuit was perfect for me. I could wear a fancier heel to dress this up for a party or even pair with some sandals to dress it down. Misguided has tons of other playsuits so check them out!

Off-the-Shoulder Moment

So I can already tell that off the shoulder tops are going to be my go-to style this summer. Yesterday I wore a yellow off the shoulder top from Forever 21, with my light denim Zara shinny jeans, and some lace up heels from Ego Official. Stay tuned to see how I style more off the shoulder looks!

Festival Vibes

I'm writing this blog post while on the way back from the Broccoli Festival and let's just say I had a blast! I decided to go with this festival look. I wore this thrifted Bob Marley tee, and thrifted jacket. I paired that with black leggings and my trusty black ankle boots for comfort. Thanks Washington, DC you showed me a great time.

It was perfect timing to get these babies right when Beyoncé released her "Lemonade" album. I purchased these Steve Madden "Sassey" Heels and I am in love. Perfect color for the season and VERY comfy. I've been seeing some dupes of these and Steve Madden carries them in Black, Red, Burgundy, and Nude. Mine were only $129 at Belk.
